Initial Phone Call
This allows you to explain the situation and any signs of rat activity you’ve noticed. We’ll assess
the urgency and arrange your first visit at a convenient time, often the same day.

Survey
Our technician will carry out a full inspection of your property, inside and outside, to identify where
rats are active, where they are entering, and where they are nesting. This allows us to create a

Treatment
In most cases, treatment begins immediately after the inspection. Professional bait will be placed in

Follow up
